thought of the moment

We are now in a new year and looking to what is ahead of us. Could this be the time to start thinking about ourselves? not in a selfish way, but in a loving way. if we are to love our neighbours as we love ourselves then surely we need to start by loving who we are, what we are and the lives we have.
